Right now, we’re deep in the foundational phase: sourcing green beans from producers we admire, researching the perfect commercial coffee roaster to match our roasting style, and building out the systems that will bring Callander Coffee Co. to life. It’s a mix of spreadsheets, espresso shots, and big dreams—and we’re loving every minute.
Our goal is simple: to roast coffee that feels like home. Whether you’re brewing a quiet morning cup or pulling shots for your café, we want our beans to bring warmth, comfort, and a little spark of joy to your day.
