We’re inching closer to launch and loving every step of the journey—even the ones that come with a little waiting! While our production roaster is still en route, we’ve made great strides getting the garage space ready. It’s now cleared out, freshly painted, and starting to feel like the heart of our future roastery.
In other exciting news, our screenprinted Callander Coffee t-shirts have arrived—and they look and feel amazing! We can’t wait to wear them at events and share them with our community.
We’ve also labelled our first batch of sample coffee bags. They’re already filled with freshly roasted beans, thanks to Matt’s tireless work on our sample roaster. He’s been busy refining roast profiles and dialing in the flavour notes we want to showcase.
