Coffee Orders
We don’t accept returns on coffee — we stand by the quality of our products and only dispatch freshly roasted coffee. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for resale or restocking.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photo proof so we can make it right.
Merchandise, Accessories & Equipment
We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise, brewing accessories, and equipment.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
