Electrojet is a blend designed to spark energy and warmth, combining the finest qualities of Brazilian and Colombian coffees. This medium-dark roast brings together Mogiana’s full-bodied sweetness with the bright, clean character of Colombia’s Palestina Blend, creating a cup that is both robust and refined.

The Brazilian component, naturally processed at high altitudes in Vale da Grama, contributes chocolate richness and nutty undertones, while the Colombian washed beans — grown under shade at 1,700 masl in Huila — add caramel sweetness and a touch of brightness. Together, they form a roast profile that emphasizes balance without sacrificing character. By roasting to a medium-dark level, we’ve created a deeper, more comforting cup while preserving the inherent qualities of each origin — avoiding the flatness that can come from roasting too dark.
